My top choices are cucumbers, okra, green beans, carrots, radishes and of course, garlic!
Last weekend my amazing friend Carrie and I made this batch for her. She loves fermenting veggies and especially loves that we can use it as an excuse to hang out!
For her batches we threw in asparagus (yum!), garlic, carrots and celery and then made a separate jar of Persian cucumbers.
