I got caught up in the snow storm yesterday! Can you blame me? It’s the first real snow we’ve had here in Charlottesville and the winter is almost over! We love the snow around here (and strongly dislike a winter with out it) so our house turns into one big party and I turn into a cooking/baking machine. So… instead of writing this yesterday, I was busy baking 10-grain bread, making soup, gluten-free brownies, yogurt and quinoa & lentil burgers. Phew! I’m taking a brief break to post our weekly menu then I’m headed right back into the kitchen to whip up a batch of strawberry cake with the boys (their request).
I love snow days. If anyone wants to come over and do some sledding, I promise to feed you!
